SMS Terms And Communications Consent
Text Messaging Is Not Live Yet
DJ Capital Transport does not yet send text messages. These terms are published in advance so that the program is documented before it is registered and switched on. No number is currently able to send or receive messages from us.
Program Description
DJ Capital Transport LLC operates a customer care text messaging program. Messages relate to transportation you have requested or booked with us: booking confirmations, driver and arrival updates, schedule changes and replies to questions you send us.
How You Opt In
You opt in by ticking the separate, optional consent checkbox on our booking form, or by texting us first. The checkbox is never ticked for you, and it is never required in order to submit a booking request.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking a ride or of any purchase. You can decline text messages and still book exactly as normal. We will still be able to reach you by email and by telephone.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by trip. You will normally receive messages only around a booking you have made.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for messages you send or receive. Check your plan with your carrier.
How To Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive a single message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive any further messages after that unless you opt in again. You can also ask us to remove you by writing to the address below.

Supported Carriers
Carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular and others, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and your device.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to participate in the program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
