Information We Collect

Information you give us. Your name, mobile number, email address, pickup and drop off locations, trip date and time, passenger count, trip type, flight information and any notes you add to a booking or a message.
Information collected automatically. Standard technical information such as your browser type, device type and the pages you view, together with any cookies you have consented to. See the Cookies section below.

How We Use It

To arrange, confirm and carry out the transportation you request.
To contact you about a booking, including confirmations, driver and arrival updates and changes to a schedule.
To keep the trip and complaint records we are required to keep as a permitted transportation operator, including trip logs.
To answer enquiries you send us.
To meet legal, insurance, tax and regulatory obligations.

Mobile Information And Text Messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you choose to opt in to text messages, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of booking a ride or of any purchase. Full details are in our SMS Terms.

Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. We share it only where it is necessary:

With the driver assigned to your trip, so they can carry it out.
With service providers who work on our behalf, such as a booking or messaging provider, and only to the extent needed to deliver that service to us.
Where the law requires it, including a lawful request from the City of Tallahassee, another regulator, a court or law enforcement, and in connection with insurance or the defence of a legal claim.

Cookies

Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function are always active. Anything else, including any future analytics, is loaded only if you consent to that category. You can accept all, reject all, or choose categories, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the link in the footer of every page.

How Long We Keep It

Booking and trip records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them, and trip logs are retained for two years in line with the City of Tallahassee requirements for vehicle for hire operators. Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept only as long as needed to deal with them.

Ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask for a copy.
Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
Ask us to delete information, where we are not required to keep it.
Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Children travel as passengers under the arrangement made by the adult who books the trip.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes To This Policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
