Departures
- Give us the flight number. It is the single most useful thing you can tell us.
- We set the pickup time. Based on your departure, the terminal and the time of day.
- We confirm in writing before the day, so there is no morning of uncertainty.
- We arrive early rather than exactly on time. Early costs nothing. Late costs you the flight.
Arrivals
- Send the inbound flight number. We track the actual arrival, not the scheduled one.
- Delays are handled. If your flight moves, the pickup moves with it. Tell us if you rebook onto a different flight.
- Tell us the luggage. Number of bags and anything oversized, so the right vehicle is assigned.
- Meeting point is confirmed with you in advance, in writing.

Airport transfers are arranged in advance. We are not able to take a last minute request at the curb. If your plans change after booking, contact us as early as you can and we will do what we can to move the trip.
